I love spending time in the kitchen. Cooking and eating food with my family improves my health not only because of the nutrients in the food but also because the act of feeding people is a creative act of love. So a cornerstone of all my programs includes easy, delicious recipes that you can use as part of your own health journey.
I'm posting this recipe because it's a simple, quick way to boost your breakfast nutrition--it has so much more protein than what you buy in the grocery store, without all the thickeners, gums, and other added ingredients that you don't need. Also, it's a fun base for many other recipes, such as chia pudding and my golden milk latte.
Enjoy!
